The staff were really helpful and fairly friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished and well-equipped. The hotel offers great value for money. The bathroom is fairly clean and the hotel has central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Liked a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The hotel's location was nice and absolutely perfect to guarantee a space on the local transport.

This hotel in Kutaisi is a hidden gem. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. They even provided complimentary amenities and bathrobes, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and TV. Great Service and value for the money. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was conveniently close to the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the complementary glass of wine and fresh fruit that were offered to us. Another advantage was the easy to find public parking, which was a relief since we had a rental car.

While overall our stay was comfortable, the mattress was very soft and not ideal for someone with back pain. there was no room service during our stay which may be a problem for those who prefer more regular attention to their rooms.
